  • Utilize the resources around you whether they be massages, local support groups, expressive arts or whatever may be available
  • Reach out to your supports and connect with your local resources and health care providers
  • As a caregiver, take care of yourself and be mindful of over exerting yourself

She can sometimes drift into daydreaming about the endless possibilities in life and usually the last one of the group to understand Nikki and Jolene's punchlines.  She loves to laugh, spread positivity, and is often caught with a smile on her face.
